We want you to be happy with your new garment or artwork from Deanna Gauthier Designs.

• Work is guaranteed, so if you are not satisfied with your purchase we will be happy to exchange, or give you a credit toward another item.
• Shipping & customs costs are not refundable unless we have sent you the wrong article or damaged goods.

Returns - All Customers

If you live in or are coming to the East Kootenays you may visit our studio by appointment or call for hours.

If the item we sent you is damaged or we have sent you the wrong article we will pay the return postage and customs fees.

If you are unhappy with the item for any other reason we ask that you contact us immediately and pay the return shipping and any applicable customs charges.

U.S. and International CustomersTo avoid being charged customs duties when returning your purchase, please write "Return Goods" in clear letters on the outside of the package and on the customs form attached to the package you are sending.
